Notes:
Frist day with the new guy, Chuck. He's about the same build/goal orientation as Mike, so training him should be very similar.
First day went really well. Hack sled was big and heavy (just how I like it) and the deadlift/squat auxiliary work was met without any major back pain. I did have a bit of a twinge in my left QL after the first rep of each round but after a slight form adjustment I didn't feel it again.
