Notes:
Nice session. My quads aren't really feeling anything the next day, but my hamstrings are absolutely lit. Which, is great, because my quads are much bigger than those fellas on the other side of the leg.

The only downside to this workout was putting some holes in my sandbag when I dragged it across the parking lot. Sounded like a good idea at the time...
