Notes:
Was nice not to hsuperset anything drastic today and just focus on the movements. Was hoping to do some leg extension dropsets but the machine was broken. Then I decided that doing some hamstring curls would be fun. Nope, that machine was being taken by a man with a beach towel draped over the entire thing.

Yeah, 'fun' day.
