Notes:
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I was a little workout hungover from the weekend, because I feel very, very tired. Biceps and forearms feel completely shot from the deficit rows and knees through elbows. The session wasn't full of volume, but the movements were very difficult.

It was Erica's first day today and she was a champ!
